1. A healthy vagina has acid ph. It has smell and it’s an acid smell. The vagina has an odor. The vagina without smell doesn’t exist!
2. Every vulva is different. The vulva is the external part of the organ, where the large and small lips stay. The vulva of virtually no woman, let alone one, has perfectly symmetrical tiny lips.
3. Besides developed vaginal lips every grown woman has hair. Leg hair, armpit hair, pubic hair or nipples hair.
4. Hair is not disgusting or unhygienic. They have several functions such as physical protection and thermal protection. If something is unhygienic, it’s WAXING. In waxing (whether with wax or shaving) you injure the skin, causing micro injuries. Depilation can also change your vaginal flora, which is composed of various bacteria that work in order to keep the region healthy. Depilation also runs the risk of skin allergies and buried hair, which could affect you.
5. It’s normal to have one breast bigger than the other.
6. All women have vaginal secretion. Every single one. It’s normal. Having secretion stains on your underwear/panties is normal, there’s nothing disgusting or unhygienic. Healthy secretion has the typical acid smell of vagina and is transparent / white. According to the transparency and fluidity of your vaginal mucus, you may even have the idea of whether you are fertile or not.
7. Women have cellulite. 99% of women have cellulite. Cellulite is not a disease.
8. Women have pores. That photoshopped skin. It doesn’t exist. Pores are not a health problem either, but an aesthetic issue. Covering pores with makeup can cause problems.
9. Women are getting old. Aging is not a disease either, Facial expression marks are not diseases and occur because women express themselves, marks of life left by feelings: lines of crying, of smiling, of feeling…
10. You may think the clitoris is small, but it actually extends on the inside, averaging 9 centimetres.
11. The Vulva, just like the penis, increases in size when excited, due to increased blood flow.
12. Women, just like men, can expel a large amount of liquid during sex. It’s not peeing my friend and there’s nothing wrong with it!
13. Vaginal flat (or “farts”) are normal. They can occur during sex or in intense physical exercise, and is caused by air entry into the vagina
14. Feeling pain during sex is not normal. Women are not inflatable dolls, they are not comfortable in every position and are not forced to feel pain because to the other it is being nice. If certain position is uncomfortable for you, don’t do it! If penetration or certain types of penetration are uncomfortable for you: don’t do it! Sex isn’t just penetration, it’s very different from what most men think. If you feel pain or discomfort, report your partner and ask them to stop. If the person doesn’t stop or complain, leave the scene.
15. Pee after having sex! This helps prevent urinary infections.
16. The vagina has muscles, which you can strengthen by doing exercises like kegel and pompoir, which also help prevent urinary infections and help us to know and have greater control over that part of the body.
17. Having the first sexual relationship is one thing, having a broken hymen is another. You don’t “lose your virginity” using the “B”.
18. Don’t wash inside, don’t use vaginal shower. Our body is very intelligent and one of the functions of the vaginal secretions is to clean and remove dead cells, wash externally is enough and that way you will not disturb your vaginal flora. You also don’t need a very expensive soap specific for female genitals, it has nothing better than a smell-less glycerin soap (the less things you have in the soap type coloring and such, the better! Do not use sanitary towels or toilet paper with odors or aromas. And always wear white panties or panties 100% cotton.
