In the 90s, three Nobel laureates discovered that the main function of DNA does not consist in the synthesis of proteins, as it was believed until then, but mainly in the emission and reception of electromagnetic energy.

Less than 3% of DNA is involved in making proteins; over 90% operate in the field of bioacoustic and bioelectrical signals. (Dr. Leonard Horowitz)

Electromagnetic energy is essentially the energy required to transmit information from one place to another or from one material to another. The transfer is done in the form of electromagnetic waves, and the information is transferred in various forms: heat, light, etc. The electromagnetic field is the field produced by the movement of electrically charged objects. One of the qualities of the electromagnetic field is that it affects electrically charged objects in its vicinity.

The heart generates the strongest electromagnetic field in the body.

The effects of this field can be found in the brain waves of the people around us. This field sends signals to all cells in the body affecting our physical, mental and emotional state. Research has shown that the changes in the electromagnetic field generated by the heart are significant and reflect the emotional states we experience.

The analysis of the heart’s electromagnetic spectrum showed that emotional information is coded and modulated in this field. By learning to change our emotional states, we change the emotional information encoded in our electromagnetic field. The heart and the brain maintain a constant dialogue, each influencing the behavior of the other. However, the heart sends much more information to the brain than the brain sends to the heart.

When we experience positive emotions such as feelings of appreciation, compassion, love, gratitude, when we meditate, pray or breathe consciously, our heart sends a very different message. We create the conditions to enter a state called coherence of the heart.

Coherence represents a state of synchronization between two entities of a system.

Coherence of the heart represents the state of synchronization between the electromagnetic field of the brain and the much stronger field of the heart. A good physiological state and a general optimization of biological functions are established. Coherence creates harmony between the functioning of the brain and that of the heart so that there is no longer any separation in the functioning between them, between “what the heart feels and what the brain knows”.

This is health, peace, well-being!

Heart Coherence uses “heart intelligence” to coordinate the functions of all organs in a more harmonious way. When the state of coherence is established, there are measurable effects on various oscillatory functions in the body. The hormones released by the heart create a state of peace and security that calms and energizes. By changing the internal chemistry, the coherence of the heart has the power to change our perception of situations, to de-dramatize them and help us see them in a much more peaceful context.

Thus the stress due to situations is significantly reduced, which is beneficial for our health and the quality of our life. Together we create a field that interacts with the Earth’s electromagnetic field. Together we can change the quality of this field from instability and dissonance to balance, harmony, cooperation, lasting peace. Each individual who creates coherence amplifies the degree of coherence of this field and contributes to the formation of more stable and wider waves.
