I received this wish a few days ago, but as I am set on health, I quickly said that health is the most important objective for 2022.

At the end of the year, we write or think of lists of desires to be achievable in the coming year.
We want success, various material achievements, tranquillity and balance in family, love, friends, etc.
Everyone wants to be healthy, but we do not initiate to do something concrete in this regard, we do not make a list of what we should do for our health.
My list for 2022 looks like this:
- Balanced and healthy nutrition
- Sufficient liquids (I will exclude carbonated beverages)
- Rest and relax as much as my body requires
- Exercises every morning
- Run or ride at least 30 minutes every evening
- Hike in nature every Sunday
- I’m not worried about problems that occur
- Stop expecting things from other people, accept things as they are and adapt to situations
- Be happy of what I have and what or who I am
